ABOUT CBN

We are a collective of youth workers who saw the challenges young adults face after aging out of services. We are dedicated to creating real support systems and community for youth and young adults.

Between us we’ve worked directly with a dozen community organizations and over 250 young people from the community. Many of us started our work as teen leaders, then moved into program coordinators, and then program directors.

Our programming is informed by the globally recognized Co-Active Coaching framework, which emphasizes self-awareness, accountability, and empowerment in supportive relationships, and Urban Institute's Upward Mobility Framework.
